Ceriffi Check® features

Ceriffi Check® enables extensive data collection and the involvement of staff and stakeholders. A mobile application, a web browser and a personalized link to an online survey can be used to collect data. Ceriffi Check® enables e.g. the following functions and applications:

  • Observations (deviations, development ideas, accidents, etc.) collection, processing, control and reporting, and communication
  • Stakeholder surveys and audits for partners
  • Customer satisfaction measurements and communication
  • NPS ie customer loyalty measurement and communication

Control of observation

A processing method can be attached to all meters, in which case it is directed to the processing of the observation.

Observation processing has the following features:

  • Edit observation data (all changes will keep version history)
  • Merging observations (all changes will be preserved in the version history)
  • Observation processing
    • Root causes, preventive measures, immediate measures, costs and communication and annexes
  • Commenting and taking responsibility for the observation for system users and third parties

Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction can be surveyed in the so-called Check link (see Settings: Check link). The link can be divided into discussion forums, different forums and various graphic elements, eg websites. It is possible to share the results outside the system via a link.

 

 

NPS

The NPS or Net Promoter Score is the most widely used measure of customer loyalty internationally. It measures a customer’s willingness to recommend and satisfaction with a single question. A referral index means how likely customers are to recommend a company, product, or service to their friends or colleagues.

Checklist entries are saved on the Checklist tab.

Monitoring the duration of work

Time meter can be defined as a tracking metric that measures the time of that observation, e.g., waiting.

Monitoring the duration of work is usually carried out as part of a LEAN or Lean Six Sigma project, in which case the content of the work and the durations of the work phases during the working day are examined.

The monitoring results can be exported to Excel format, where they can be compiled and analyzed.

 

 

 

Check link

From the settings, the user can also create a Check link and it can be used for the following purposes:

  • setting a single meter as a link
  • setting the checklist as a link
  • set up a customer satisfaction survey as a link
  • setting the staff survey as a link

In each of the above cases, a unique link is created through which entries can be made. The link can be shared through various forums, discussion boards or it can be installed in graphic elements, eg on websites.

Language:

The system supports Finnish and English.

 

Minimum requirements:

Internet connection: at least 1Mb / s.

Browser: The most common internet browsers, Firefox and Google Chrome are recommended.

Applications: Android 5.0 or later, iOS iPhone 6 or later.

 

Security:

Connection: https on all connections.

Database: strongly encrypted for sensitive data.

 

Setting up the system

The system can be ordered and set up at: https://www.cerifficheck.fi/Order

The system can be set up completely empty or set to default settings from a list.

Subscribing requires a working email address to which a message will be sent containing usernames for both the web side and the mobile app to activate.

The system can also be set up by the administrator.

 

System functionalities

 

Mobile application:

Available for download from Google Play and the Apple Store with the keyword Ceriffi Check.

Through the application, the user has the ability to record both observations and checklists. Media files (image, video, other attachment) can be attached to all entries.

Mobile app will also work in offline mode.

Application will be updated via the trading platforms mentioned above.

Settings

All parts of the application can be added and modified from the settings:

  • Adding and editing processes (including deleting)
  • Adding and editing checklists
  • Adding and editing metrics
    • Attaching a processing model to an observation, eg deviation or development proposal
  • Add and edit an observer
  • Adding and editing a schedule
  • Add and edit another refinement

 

All changes made to the application will be available in the application immediately after the changes.

A responsible person can be assigned to each part of the application, in which case a message will be sent to him / her when the observation belonging to this area of responsibility is recorded in the system.

User management

Two types of user IDs can be created in the system: basic user and administrator (admin).

The administrator has all the rights to the system and the deletion of data. For the basic user, statistics, observation processing and checklists.

The administrator can create user IDs to access more than one system.

 

Reports

All data recorded in the system is saved in the Tracking Periods tab, from where it can be exported to Excel format.

Statistics

The statistics are retrieved from all entries and can be searched differently in all areas of the application. Year numbers can also be set as search criteria, in which case the results are displayed side by side in the same image.

Statistics formats:

  • Pareto
  • Linear

The statistics also show the customer satisfaction results (NPS) and the realization of the expected value.

Statistics and customer satisfaction results can be distributed outside the system via a link and the user can choose to display them on their own website, for example with the help of iFrame technology.
